Turnkey Delivery

We guide you through finishes, fixtures and fittings, so the home reflects the way you want to live. Everything is coordinated on your behalf, and on the day of handover the house is complete and ready to move into.

A private home in Limassol, planned around an internal courtyard so daylight reaches the living spaces from two sides.

Full-height glazing opens the ground floor to the garden, the covered terrace and the pool, while a calm palette of stone, light oak and soft concrete tones runs throughout the house.
